The Carriage House Kitchen A 250 square foot professional kitchen, 700 sq ft dining area seating up to 30 people for meals. $160 for the first hour $110 for each additional hour.

The Front Lawn This large lawn space is great for many different activities. It is available for $85 the first hour and $70 each hour after. |
